An alligator has been sited at the pond on the corner of Shipwatch and Sand Bay. If you are concerned about an alligator, call the Nuisance Alligator Hotline at 866-FWL-GATOR (866-392-4286), and they will dispatch a contracted nuisance alligator trapper to resolve the situation. Alligators less than 4 feet in length are not large enough to be dangerous to people or pets, unless handled.
